Re the lists of differences between MSC and action research

   *  Emphasis on evaluation rather than improvement
   * Application in an online context?
   * Assumes an organisational and hierarchical context 

The last point is not correct. It was first used in a hierarchical organisation, but it can be used in other much less structured settings.
