Aspall Cyder Vinegar is brand name, and a very good one too whereas Apple Cider Vinegar is just another way of saying cider vinegar, or vinegar made from cider – which is fermented apple juice.

Apple cider vinegar is wonderful with pork – with or without couscous. Its the only vinegar we keep in the store cupboard now.

I expect this recipe would work pretty well with a sharp high strength cider as well – worth a try I thinkk.

To all the eczema sufferers, I just want to say that unfortunately I have tried the apple cider vinegar and it didn’t work for me, BUT i have started taking some Seven Seas (OMEGA 3 Tabs) which have cured nearly all the eczema. These tablets are available from all local chemists.

Apple cider vinegar is the product and Aspall is just one brand name. So there are other brands as well. This one, Aspalls is just used as an illustration.
