This Urban fox was captured coming up the escalator from the tube in London. by Kate (@radiokate on twitter) via Steve Lawson Arriving at my home tube station late last night I was greeted by this fantastic/unexpected sight!

  circling shovelers, originally uploaded by Yersinia. Shovelers are an increasingly common sight on our urban small lakes and large ponds I think. Their behaviours mark them out as very different to the more common mallards etc.
