My roots are in Cornwall but also spent an idylic week staying right on a harbour in Fife this year, so that has become a bit of a nagging ambition. The renting out option is intriguing - I have a house in East London but would rather spend more months of the year working from a pleasant harbourside studio somewhere else. I saw it first on Friday at the Birmingham Social Media Cafe thanks to Tom Beardshaw - he's also used a neat theme to package it all up.
