		<description>&lt;p&gt;Simply observing that some of the &#039;medium priced&#039; hotels that charge hundreds in the week seem to have £89-£100 type weekend prices. Main reason for this is to get a hotel right by the river for example. Central and on the (tourist) vibe. I was in South Bank Novotel a few nights ago for £100. Similar experiences with Park Plaza. South Bank seems easier for this than West End.&lt;/p&gt;
