		<description>I'm glad you found the idea useful Sarah. I'm fairly sure that an Action Research approach is encouraged amongst some UK health practitioners, and it can certainly be written up in an acceptable way for academic purposes. 
I've published the second part now, about keeping an &lt;a href="http://distributedresearch.net/blog/2008/04/29/keeping-an-action-log-for-1st-person-research"&gt;Action Log&lt;/a&gt; and it strikes me this could be relevant in the 31 day comment challenge as well.</description>
