		<description>Ah, you knew about the new Devon flag - have a cigar.
It was born in 2002 out of a discussion on a &lt;a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/devon/discovering/devon_flag/index.shtml" rel="nofollow"&gt;BBC Devon&lt;/a&gt; bulletin board, and seems to be catching on. I saw one flying from a caravan in Burnham on Crouch as well.
