    Green/white/black – Devon (designed by a stduent in an Internet poll). red/white – England (St George), green/white/red dragon – Wales, black/white – Cornwall (St Piran)

    Ah, you knew about the new Devon flag – have a cigar.
    It was born in 2002 out of a discussion on a BBC Devon bulletin board, and seems to be catching on. I saw one flying from a caravan in Burnham on Crouch as well.
